Hello there!
Happy to see you again on my post. Iam sorry I haven't post anything before.
Now, i would like to tell you about... *drum roll*
SCIENCE CAMP!!
Science camp is a event for new member of Trilogi. Trilogi is team of research, olympiad , and technology of SMAN 3 Bandung. Science camp was held on 16th of September 2016 at Taman Wisata Bougenville, Banjaran, South Bandung. Not all student can join this event only student (of class 10) that has achivement and experience of research or olympiad.
Science camp has it motto, it motto is "Scientia Sit Potentia" Wich means "Knowledge is Power". Wow, super cool right ? This motto is true because with knowledge we can explore the world for our Importance or even make a change for better future.
Okay you guys must be curious about this event, like what was we do there, what's the interesting mommetn, okay i'll tell you.
On science camp we have so many activity that Wich are related to science.
On the first day, we went to Taman Wisata Bougenville by army truck. It was fun because it was my first time riding army truck. It tooks 2 hour to reach the location.
After we arrived, we have a research class. There we learned about how to do a research, what topic that interest people so much, how a good research goes, and also motivation to do a research.
Around 12 o'clock, we had lunch and did a dzuhur pray. After that, we have another class. Our class seperated by divission. I was in biology division. Each division went to their best location with their mentor, bilogy division Took place on the riverbank. There we taught about theory (related of biology offcourse) related to research that we will do. Oh, i'll give you spoiler! We did a research there!
Okay, enough for the spoiler ^^
When evening began to come, we were regathered to get our research topic. My group got the chromatography topic. I like this topic because it related to biology.
That research must done in one night. On that time we did our experiment , make a report , and also prepare for presentation immidiately.
On the next day we did some interesting activity . We woke up early in the morning to play a game, uhmm it called a game, but the game is to solve a case that related to our division. Or it can be called a "sudden test" haha....
Me and my friend , william was confused to solve our case because we didn't brought our reference book. But alhamdulillah we can solved our case in the end.
towards morning, it's time for presentation about our research. Well.. I was not really satisfied by my presentation, because we didn't have enough time to finish our report and power point . But i would like to thanks to my groupmate that have worked so hard until midnight made this express report and presentation .
After all the group presentated their research, it's time to went home. We went home at 1 o'clock but we arrived SMAN 3 at 5 o'clock because of traffic jam.
It was really Preciouse experience for me. I can learned a lot about research, olympiad, and offcourse biology. Thank you so much for this event.
